Streamed live from the organ of St Sulpice, Paris. The whole concert is wonderful; it is such a pleasure to hear Alkan on an organ he would have been familiar with. A previous titular organist was Lefébure-Wély, dedicatee of the Alkan's organ pedal studies. The concert starts at 14:23, and the Alkan piece at 45:17.
