The Society is administered by a Committee consisting of the three Honorary Executive Officers (Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer) and a further three to five Committee Members. The current members of the Committee can be seen here.

Committee members are elected by paid-up members of the Society attending the Annual General Meeting of the Society; Committee members are elected to hold office for three years.

The Committee receives advice from the President and Vice-presidents of the Society.

The rules and conditions of the Society are embodied in the Society’s Constitution.
